Reed A22HD Thread Roller, Rebuilt in 2018

Reed Threader rebuilt in 2018 by OEM.

ONE- USED REED MODEL A22HD THREE CYLINDRICAL DIE
THREAD AND FORM ROLLING MACHINE equipped for
continuous cycle in-feed operation.

Standard Capacity: 3/4” through 2 1/8” thread sizes with Heavy Duty die holders, and 1/4”
to 3 3/4” thread sizes with appropriate standard die holders
 Maximum thread diameters and thread lengths rolled are dependent on type and
condition of material, penetration rate, pitch of thread, and type of holders used.

HD Die Drive Gear Box
Includes:  HD Anchor Posts and Anchor Post Bracket
 Extended Head (Work Height Approximately 48”)
 One pair each HD Die Drive Gears and Cam Drive Gears
 One Standard In-Feed Cam
 One standard HD workstop

Lubrication and Coolant: Forced feed oil lubrication to spindle bearings, built-in oil filter with
13 gallon tank in base; lubrication used as coolant.
