Puckmaster #MCP-175 Hydraulic Briquetting Machine
Heavy construction hydraulic puck machine with Allen-Bradley PLC control with Touch Pad-Programmable capabilities, cross/feeder screws to empty the hopper, a 3-1/2in diameter compression chamber, a 3-1/2in compaction cylinder, a 6in steel belt conveyor for finished puck discharge with a cylinder size of 10in, and a conveyor discharge height of 48in.
This Puckmaster has been completely refurbished within the last year. All items below has been changed:

New plunger (ram)

New compression chamber assembly
New cross auger stall pressure switch
New infeed auger screw
New 3/4 hydraulic hose
All new chains on left auger box x5
2 of 5 chains replaced on right auger box
1 new sprocket on right auger box
Replaced Allen Bradley cpu
